Do you have experiences in working with humanitarian sectoral programs?

Do you have experience in producing high quality and credible guidelines and operational documents related to humanitarian action particularly contingency plan?

Do you have experience of humanitarian standard and evaluation ethics and a commitment to ethical working practices?

The Role:

Oxfam in Indonesia is looking for a team of consultants who have adequate and reliable knowledge, capacity and experience in preparing Contingency Plans.

What we are looking for:

We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam’s mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to our feminist principles and values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

  • At least Master’s degree in International Development Studies, Humanitarian Leadership Program, or a related field.
  • At least 10 – 15 years experiences in working with humanitarian sectoral programs.
  • Familiar with Contingency Plan documents that have been developed by Oxfam in Indonesia or by other international NGOs.
  • Experience in producing high quality and credible guidelines and operational documents related to humanitarian action particularly contingency plan.
  • Strong understanding and experience of humanitarian standard and evaluation ethics and a commitment to ethical working practices.

1. Technical component:

  • Detailed proposal of the assignment, estimated rundown, team composition and timeframe to conduct the assignment.

2. Financial component:

Detailed estimated budget for this assignment, including gross consultancy fee, budget lines for travel, accommodation costs and other meeting costs if any. Consultancy fee should be indicated in gross terms, which includes tax either 10% VAT or 2,5% for PPh.
