We currently have an exciting opportunity to add to a strong team with the role of a Service Coordinator for the Field Service Division. This role is suited to a highly motivated team member, suitably experienced in administration, purchasing, sales order processing, and general administration duties. The suitable candidate will be a pivotal part of the Field Service Team in ensuring targets are met. This is a temporary / reliever position reporting to the Senior Planner.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

Processing customer purchase orders – includes raising order through Sales Force System and invoicing.

Proactively monitoring on going & outstanding Service order – generating reports and conducting continuous reviews.

Collect all necassary document from each engineers and create invoices to client

Visa processing

Helping to mobilize to and from job site

Manage and weekly up date time sheet each engineers (FSM, and SAP)

Ongoing support to the Field Service team,

General administration including entry timesheet in SAP system, monthly FSE utilization, assist Engineer for field work arrangement duties.

Purchasing materials and supplies.

Assist with Cost Summary reconciliation of FSE jobs

Receipting of creditors invoices against purchase orders – releasing for payment.

Fluent in english (is a plus)

Team work

WHO YOU ARE:

A high level of attention to detail with strong multi-tasking abilities

The ability to prioritise and time manage your work.

Administration and purchasing experience, preferably within the industrial supply sector.

Strong negotiation and communication skills both verbal and written.

Highly developed computer skills (Microsoft Suite and SAP is desirable).

Experience in a variety of administration tasks.

Experience in planning administration to the mining industry or similar

Ability to work both autonomously and within a team.

Flexibility in your working hours and a can-do attitude.
